What’s your sleep chronotype?

I mentioned at my last workshop that getting plenty of sleep, is a healthy way to balance your lifestyle. According to Dr. Michael Breus, there are more than just “early birds” and “night owls.” These are called chronotypes.

In his book, The Power of When, Dr. Breus has four different chronotypes. First, Lions are the morning types. Next, Wolves are the evening types. Then, Dolphins are the insomniacs. Lastly, Bears are those which rise and fall with the sun. If you’re interested in finding your own chronotype, take this fun quiz: www.thepowerofwhenquiz.com. There is a more comprehensive quiz in the book along with information on what is the best time to do just about anything according to your chronotype.

If you buy it from the picture below I get a small referral cost.
